Yes, it's indeed astonishing that so many issues occurred simultaneously. In fact, we weren't quite prepared for sales yet. Since October, our website has been undergoing testing and adjustments to meet Google's requirements, but until the end of November, all our review requests were rejected by Google. So, we don't have high hopes of launching Google ads before Christmas, especially since most of our team members have started their Christmas vacations. However, on the eve of Black Friday, Google unexpectedly approved our website, resulting in a surge of orders. This was truly beyond our expectations.
Regarding the refund process, we can only process it through PayPal. To ensure a successful refund once again, we have transferred funds from the bank to PayPal, but it will take 3 to 5 business days to reflect in the PayPal balance. At the same time, we have also updated the default bank account for deductions in PayPal to ensure successful deductions from the bank account in case of insufficient PayPal balance. We have initiated the refund process once more, and please keep a close eye on whether the refund is successful. If it hasn't been successful yet, please patiently wait for 3 to 5 days.
